دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية

Abstract

"حاولنا في هذه الدراسة قياس دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحسين أداء شركة روائح الورود، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تمّ الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطريقة برنامج التحليل الاحصائي Spss اصدار 22 ، والمقابلات والزيارات الميدانية، كما تم اعداد وتوزيع استبيان، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 50 عاملا من مختلف الرتب، بينما تم اعتماد 40 استبيان فقط. ومنه توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: هناك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية وأداء شركة روائح الورود، حيث أثبتت الدراسة أنّ هذه العلاقة ترتكز أساسا على البعد المالي، و هذا يدل على أن الشركة تقوم بدراسة مردوديتها المالية من أجل تقييم أنشطتها الأكثر ربحية، وهو الهدف الأسمى لكل مؤسسة. بينما كشفت الدراسة على ضعف العلاقة بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية و بقية أبعاد الأداء ( بعد العملاء، العمليات الداخلية، النمو والتعلم، وبعد البيئة والمجتمع).

""In this study, we tried to measure the role of social responsibility in improving the performance of Rawaih Elouroud aromas company.in order to achieve this, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, the method of the Spss statistical analysis program issued 22, interviews and field visits. a questionnaire was also prepared and distributed. the study sample consisted of 50 workers of various ranks, while only 40 questionnaires were approved and. From it: We came to : There is a direct statistically significant relationship between social responsibility and the performance of Rawaih Elouroud company, as the study proved that this relationship is mainly based on the financial dimension, and this indicates that the company is studying its financial profitability in order to evaluate its most profitable activities, which is the ultimate goal of each organization. The study revealed a weak relationship between social responsibility and the other dimensions of performance ( after customers, internal processes, growth and learning, and after the environment and society(.
