In the introduction, we discussed the relationship between the criminal phenomenon and journalistic work, and how the freedom of the press becomes a transgression that is forbidden in Islamic laws and positive ones. In first chapter, we have discussed the nature of the crimes of the press, through the definition of journalism, crime and and the combination between them. Then, we went into the distinction between the crimes of press and the ordinary crime. In addition, we explained its features, and we have concludes the chapter with its types.. The second chapter was conducted to deal with the Publishing crimes between the law and sharia, as one of the models for the crimes of press. We start this chapter to examine its definition and displayed the penalties prescribed in Islamic law and Algeria one..
