This memory contains an introduction, two main sections and a conclusion. In the first section, we presented the definition of insurance, its sources, its kinds and the judgment on its contract. The second section presents the main part of the memory. In which we have studied the Takaful insurance, the view of Islamic scientists to it, its comparison with commercial insurance, the manners of its application and its role in developments.
