دراسة تأثیر المستخلصات المائیة والإیثانولیة لنبات أم دریقة على نمو بعض الأنواع البكتیریة Ammodaucus leucotrichus الممرضة والفعالیة المضادة للأكسدة

Abstract

قصد المساھمة في تثمین الثروات النباتیة الطبیعیة المحلیة، أجریت ھاتھ الدراسة والتي تھدف إلى دراسة فیتوكیمائیة Ammadaucus Leuctruchu s وتقدیر النشاطیة البیولوجیة والنشاطیة المضادة للأكسدة لنبات أم دریقة أسفر الكشف الكیمیائي للمواد الفعالة عن وجود كل من الفلافونیدات، الفینولات، التانینات ، القلویدات ، والغیاب التام للصابونیدات .یھدف ھذا العمل إلى التقدیر الكمي للفینولات والفلافونویدات لدى المستخلصات المائیة والإیثانولیة لنبات المحضرة بطریقة النقع، حیث بینت النتائج وجود كمیات مختلفة من عدیدات الفینول Ammadaucus Leuctruchus والفلافونویدات. أظھرت نتائج الاختبار الأول تفوق ،DPPH من خلال تقدیر النشاطیة المضادة للأكسدة باستعمال اختبار تثبیط الجذر الحر E. coli. Enterobacteur المستخلص المائي على الإیثانولي . نتائج النشاطیة ضد البكتیریا أبدت أن السلالات البكتیریة لھم حساسیة ضعیفة ومعتبرة نوعا ما من المستخلصات المائیة والإیثانولیة وكذا الزیت الأساسي عكس S. aureus وAs purpose of increasing the local natural resources this survey has been done,which aims tostudy the phytochemical and estimate the biology activity and . antioxidant of " Aspidistra elatior " plant . Ammadaucus Leuctruchus Chemical detection of active substances has detected ( Flavonoids and Phenols , Tannins , and Alkaloids ) existence . but non-existence of Saponins . With estimating antioxidant using DPPH diphenyl-picrylhydrazyl . the result of the first test shows that The water extract is superior compared to Ethanol . Activity results against bacteria showed that bacterial strains E.coliS.aureus and Enterobactuer have the same low sensitiveness and considered some way from the Hydrolysis and Ethanolic extracts as well as primary oil . reverse the P. aeruginosa strain, which showed resistance with all extracts tested . and showed sensitivity to oil والتي أبدت مقاومة مع كل المستخلصات المختبرة وأبدت حساسیة ضد الزیت P. aeruginosa السلالة
