Abstract

" تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور حوكمة الشركات في تحسين الأداء المالي خلال سنة 2023، ولتحقيق ذلك فقد تم اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لتوضيح الإطار النظري لكل من حوكمة الشركات والأداء المالي وما يتضمنهما، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد اعتمدنا على منهج دراسة ميدانية من خلال تصميم استبيان تم توزيعه على موظفي مؤسسة سوف للدقيق بالوادي، وقد تضمنت الجوانب الرئيسية لمحاور البحث بالإضافة إلى المقابلات الشخصية مع المسؤولين للحصول على معلومات يمكن الاستعانة بها في هذه الدراسة. ولقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ان الحوكمة تساهم بدرجة عالية في تحسين مؤشرات الأداء المالي بالمؤسسة.
