Abstract

كرست إعادة الهيكلة لشركة سونلغاز التي منحت للشركة نظاما قانونيا واقتصاديا في شكل مجمع، أيضا فقد تم إعادة تنظيم الشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز في شركة قابضة بحيث أصبح مجموع الشركات المسمى مجمع سونلغاز يتكون من الشركة القابضة "سونلغاز" والشركات الفرعية ولا سيما منها المكلفة بموجب القانون بممارسة مهام إنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية، نقلها وتوزيعها فضلا عن نقل الغاز وتوزيعه. وأصبح رأسمال فروع مجمع سونلغاز المكلفة بإنتاج وتوزيع الكهرباء وكذا المكلفة بتوزيع الغاز، مفتوحا على الاقتصاد الحر، لكن يبقى مجمع سونلغاز يحوز على أغلبية أسهم فروعه، كما و أصبحت مجالس إدارة الفروع التابعة لهذا المجمع تمثل حلقة محورية تتمكن من خلالها الشركة القابضة من متابعة وتوجيه ومراقبة عمل الفروع التابعة لها .
