دور أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية في تحفيز التلاميذ على ممارسة حصة التربية البدنية و الرياضية

Abstract

للأستاذ دور كبير في إنجاز الأعمال الإجرائية في درس التربية البدنية و الرياضية فهو يخطط و ينظم و يرشد و يوجه التلاميذ في الدرس، ومن الضروري أن تكون العلاقة بينه و بين التلاميذ إيجابية مما يقود نشاطهم بشكل لإيجابي فهي تعتبر تعتبر مفتاح نجاح التعليم أو فشله ، وهذا من خلال مشاركة الأستاذ التلاميذ أفكارهم و طموحاتهم ومشاعرهم بثقة و صدق، و يتفهم مشاكلهم و يحترم آرائهم في نفس الوقت الأمر الذي يحفزهم على ممارسة حصة التربية البدنية و الرياضية , و لا يقتصر دور الأستاذ على تقديم أوجه النشاط البدني الرياضي المتعدد ، بل له دور أكبر من ذلك ، فهو يعمل على تقديم واجبات تربوية من خلال الأنشطة الرياضية التي تهدف إلى تنمية و تشكيـــل و رعاية القيم و الأخلاق الرفيعة لدى التلاميذ ، مما يساعدهم على اكتساب قدرات بدنية و قوام معتــــدل و صحة عضوية و نفسية و مهارات حركية و علاقات اجتماعية و معارف و اتجاهـــات و ميول إيجابية فهو عصب العملية التعليمية و العامل الرئيسي الذي يتوقف عليه نجاح التربية في بلوغ غاياتها و تحقيق أهدافها من خلال دوره القيادي في العملية التربوية باعتباره ركنا أساسيا في مدخلات النظام التربوي .The research aims to show the role played by the professor of physical education and sports in motivating students to perform the physical education and sports class, as well as to identify the impact of the personality of the professor of physical and sports education on the students and find some solutions to some of the problems they face during the practice of the physical education and sports class In addition to improving the communication process between the teacher and the student during and outside the physical education and sports class, and showing the effect of the treatment method and the efficiency of the physical education and sports teacher on the students’ practice of the physical and sports education class. The descriptive approach appropriate to the nature of the research was used, and the questionnaire tool was relied upon, which was distributed to a sample of 100 students. Among the most important results of the study reached are the following: The way the teacher of physical education and sports deals with students has a role in motivating them to practice the physical education and sports class The experience and efficiency of the physical education and sports teacher has a role in motivating students to practice the physical education and sports class.
