النموذج الأوروبي لدمقرطة المنطقة المغاربية

Abstract

إن الاهتمامات السياسية لدول الإتحاد الأوروبي في المنطقة المغاربية واسعة النطاق، حيث تركز المؤسسات الأوروبية على البعد الديمقراطي للنظم السياسية المغاربية، عبر مجموعة من الآليات التي من شأنها متابعة مسار الدمقرطة المغاربية، والوصول بتلك النظم إلى مصاف الأنظمة الديمقراطية. وفي إطار المعالجة العلمية لهذا الموضوع، تم التركيز على مضامين السياسات الأوروبية تجاه مسألة الديمقراطية في الدول المغاربية، من خلال الكشف عن النموذج الديمقراطي المنشود أوروبيا في المنطقة المغاربية واستراتيجية تحقيقه، والتعرف على جملة المعايير والقيم الأوروبية المراد تصديرها لهذه الدول في مجال الديمقراطية . The political concerns of the European Union countries in the Maghreb region are wide ranging, European institutions are focusing on the democratic dimension of Maghreb political systems through a set of mechanisms that will follow the course of Maghreb democratization and bring them to the ranks of democratic regimes. As part of the scientific treatment of this issue, we focused on the European policy towards the issue of democracy in the Maghreb countries by revealing the EU's desired democratic model in the Maghreb region and its strategy, and to identify the European standards and values to be exported to these countries in the field of democracy.
