التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، الواقع و التحديات

Abstract

تقع التنمية المستدامة عند نقطة الالتقاء بين البيئة والاقتصاد والمجتمع ،و لهذا فهي بمثابة الرابط المشترك بينهم، ولقد زاد الاهتمام بهذا الفكر في الآونة الأخيرة حتى شاع داخل عمل المؤسسات و المنظمات و الحكومات، فالتحدي اليوم هو البحث في زيادة وعي المجتمع الدولي بالتنمية المستدامة و ما تطرحه من فرص و تحديات، ليمتلكوا المعرفة والمهارة والسبل و الحوافز لإقامة تنمية مستدامة ذات فعالية و كفاءة، و الالتزام بالعمل بها كأفراد ومجموعات من أجل إيجاد الحلول للمشاكل الآنية والحيلولة دون نشوء مشاكل جديدة. و لهذا تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة والمعوقات التي تواجهها لتحقيق أبعادها وأهدافها ومبادئها، ومعرفة مجمل التحديات التي تقف في وجه تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر ، و المشاريع التنموية التي تنصب في إطار التنمية المستدامة ،كما تتطرق للمشاكل التي تطرحها التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر و معرفة الحلول الواجب اتخاذها لتجاوز هذه المعوقات ، و الآفاق الممكنة لتطوير هذا المنهج الحديث في إطار اقتصاد حقيقي قادر على المنافسة في الأسواق الدولية. Abstract: Sustainable development is at the meeting point between the environment, the economy and society , so it's the common bond between them, Interest in this thought has increased in recent times to spread within the work of institutions, organizations and governments, so the challenge today is to look at raising the international community's awareness of sustainable development and the opportunities and challenges it poses ,and they possess the knowledge, skill, means and incentives to establish sustainable development that is effective and efficient, And the commitment to work as individuals and groups to find solutions to problems and prevent new problems. This study seeks to identify the most important indicators of sustainable development and the obstacles it faces to achieve its dimensions, objectives and principles, and to know the full range of challenges facing sustainable development in Algeria, And development projects that are focused on sustainable development, and development projects that are focused on sustainable development, it also addresses the problems posed by sustainable development in Algeria and the knowledge of solutions to overcome these obstacles, The prospects for developing this modern approach in the context of a real economy that is competitive in international markets.
