Abstract
إن الواقع الإفريقي بتأزماته وخلافاته واحباطاته يفرض على المثقف الإفريقي أن يستعيد ذاكرته التاريخية ويستحضر الماضي ليسترجع ثقته بحاضره، فيستعيد اعتزازه بماضيه وتفاؤله بمستقبله ليعيد إلى الواقع تلك الصور المشرقة من مظاهر التضامن والتآزر والتلاحم التي عاشتها الشعوب الإفريقية والتي مكنتها من تحقيق مكاسب تاريخية غيّرت مجرى التاريخ الإفريقي المعاصر، ولقد كان نضال الشعب الإفريقي في جنوب إفريقيا ضد نظام الميز العنصري أبرز تلك الصور المشرقة في تاريخ الشعوب الإفريقية، التي هزت الضمير الإفريقي وكانت حافزا له على تأكيد روابط الأخوة والتضامن والشعور بوحدة المصير. فقد كان للجزائر دور بارز في الدعم والتأييد والمساندة، سواء من رؤسائها أو نخبها أو شعبها، فلم تبخل بالدعم والتأييد ولا المساندة المعنوية، مع أنها كانت في بداية نهضتها غداة استرجاع استقلالها، فسجلت الجزائر صفحة مجيدة في سجل التضامن الإفريقي، إذ وجد لديها حزب المؤتمر الوطني الإفريقي العون والمساندة في وقت كان يخوض فيه معركة مصيرية لتحرير شعبه واستعادة سيادتهم واثبات حقهم كشعب يستحق الحرية والكرامة، في وجه عدو شرس دمر مقوماتهم الحضارية ودعائمهم المادية وحاول جاهدا القضاء على نضالهم بكل الأسلحة وشتى الوسائل. The African reality, with its crises, disagreements and frustrations,
forces the African intellectual to regain his historical memory and recall
the past in order to regain his confidence in his present Contemporary,
and the struggle of the African people in South Africa against the apartheid regime was the most prominent of those bright images in the
history of the African peoples, which shook the African conscience and
motivated it to affirm the bonds of brotherhood, solidarity and a sense of
unity of destiny. Algeria had a prominent role in support, encourege and
aid, whether from its presidents, elites or people. It did not skimp on
support , Material support, or moral support, although it was at the
beginning of its renaissance, after the restoration of its independence.
Where is the ANC found Aid and Support at a time when he was fighting
a fateful battle to liberate his people, restore their sovereignty, and prove
their right as a people deserving of freedom and dignity, in the face of a
fierce enemy that destroyed their civilizational and material prop and
tried hard to eliminate their struggle with all weapons and various means.
