دور المسجد في ترسيخ الثقافة المرورية والحد من حوادث المرور وفق القواعد الشرعية

Abstract

إن موضوع حوادث السير بفعل السيارات وما ينجم عنها من خسائر مادية وبشرية مشكلة من المشاكل التي تؤرق المسؤولين وغيرهم في كافة دول العالم ، نظراً لما تستنزفه من الطاقات وما تهدره من الموارد الاقتصادية ، وبلادنا من أكبر الدول التي تعاني من ذلك ، كونها جاءت في طليعة تلك الدول من حيث الحصيلة المسجلة والاحصائيات التي تطالعنا بها يوميا الهيئات المعنية . فغدا من الضروري أن يكون لمختلف الفاعلين في المجتمع دور في المساهمة في ترسيخ الثقافة المرورية الوقائية لدى مختلف شرائح المجتمع ، والمسجد أحدها . فجاءت هذه الدراسة لتناقش أهمية المسجد ودوره المعاصر كمؤسسة من مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في القيام بمسؤوليته تجاهه في مختلف قضاياه ،كونه إحدى السبل الفاعلة في التحسيس بخطورة هذه القضية ، عن طريق ما يملكه من قواعد وضوابط شرعية متينة تعينه على ذلك . Abstract: The issue of traffic accidents caused by cars and the resulting material and human losses is one of the problems that plague officials and others in all countries of the world due to the depletion of energies and the waste of economic resources, and our country is one of the largest countries suffering from it, being at the forefront of those Countries in terms of the recorded results and the statistics that we see daily the bodies concerned.
