دراسة الفعالية البيولوجية لمستخلصات أوراق نبات التبغ

Abstract

"الملخص : تطرقنا في هذا البحث إلى دراسة الفعالية البيولوجية للمستخلصات ( مستخلص الإيثانول، مستخلص الماء، مستخلص الإيثانول+الماء ) لأوراق نبات التبغ Nicotiana Tabacum تم الكشف عن المنتجات الطبيعية حيث أظهرت النتائج غناها بمعظمها. ثم التقدير الكمي للمركبات الفينولية الكلية بإستعمال جهاز مطيافية الأشعة فوق البنفسجية والمرئية Visible-UV. أما بالنسبة للفعالية المضادة للبكتيريا، وجدنا أن السلالات البكتيرية المدروسة كانت أكثر حساسية حيث كان المستخلص الأكثر فعالية ضد البكتيريا هو مستخلص الإيثانول الذي بلغ قطر تثبيطه (13 ملم) عند البكتيريا Klebsiella pneumoniae . الكلمات المفتاحية: Nicotiana Tabacum، المستخلصات ، الفعالية المضادة للبكتيريا، الاستخلاص. "Abstract : In this paper, we studied the biological efficacy of extracts (ethanol extract, water extract, ethanol / water extract) for leaves of tobacco plant Nicotiana Tabacum. And then the detection of natural products where the results showed rich in most of them. And then quantification of total phenolic compounds using Uv-Visible. As for antibacterial efficacy, we found that the bacterial strains studied were more sensitive. The most effective extract against bacteria was the ethanol extract, which had a diameter of (13 mm) in the Klebsiella pneumonia
