فلسفة التواصل الحضاري و سؤال النهضة بين شروط مالك بن نبي و قوانين جاسم سلطان

Abstract

ملخص: حاولت أن أضع مقاربة موضوعية بين رؤيتين في النهضة وسؤالها، تتعلق الرؤية الأساسية بما طرحه مالك بن نبي في شروط النهضة، وقد كان سبّاقا في البيئة العربية والإسلامية في تحليل الظواهر من خلال رؤية فلسفية وأدوات منهجية حديثة، توصل من خلالها إلى ما سماه بالناتج الحضاري ّ. والرؤية الثانية لجاسم سلطان من خلال قوانين النهضة العشرة التي وضعها كاستراتيجيات عملية في الدول الحديثة. وتوصلت أن هناك تشابك بين الرؤيتين وتكامل، ذلك أن مالك بن نبي وضع نظريات في التغيير الاجتماعي وجاسم سلطان استفاد من نظريات بن نبي وطرح استراتيجيات عملية وظيفية من خلال ما سماه:"قوانين النهضة". وقاربت بين الرؤيتين من خلال استنباط نظريات واستراتيجيات في التغيير الاجتماعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: التغيير الاجتماعي؛ النهضة-الحضارة – التنمية – الصحوة – الإصلاح. Abstract : I tried to put an objective approach between the two visions in the Renaissance and its question. The basic vision is related to what Malan Ben suggested in terms of the Renaissance. He was a pioneer in the Arab and Islamic environment in analyzing the phenomena through a philosophical vision and modern methodological tools, He called it cultural output. And the second vision of Jassim Sultan through the ten laws of the Renaissance that he developed as practical strategies in modern countries. And found that there is a mismatch between the visions and integration, that Malik bin Nabi the development of theories of social change and Jassim Sultan benefited from the theories of Ben Nabi and put forward functional strategies through what he called "laws of Renaissance."
