Abstract

حاولنا في إطار هذا البحث الحديث عن سياسة الاستثمار ودورها في توفير مناصب الشغل :الجزائر في ظل الاصلاحات 1990-2016. وذلك بعد تقديم تحليل لواقع السياسة العامة أو بالأحرى مواكبتها للتغيرات الاقتصادية المحلية والعالمية ،تثار في ذلك العديد من القضايا التي تحتاج إلى مزيد في البحث والتوسع من بينها : - دراسة تحليلية قياسية للعلاقة بين سياسات الاستثمار والتوجه الاقتصادي في الجزائر. - دور الاستثمار المحلي والأجنبي في ترقية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات. - الاستثمار في الموارد البشرية وأثرها على التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في الجزائر. - أثر الاصلاحات والبرامج التنموية على الاستقرار الاقتصادي . - مخرجات التعليم العالي وعلاقتها بسوق التشغيل في الجزائر. - سياسات الاستثمار والتوظيف الخارجي في إطار عقود الشراكة. In the framework of this research, we tried to talk about investment policy and its role in providing jobs: Algeria in light of the reforms 1990-2016. After presenting an analysis of the reality of public policy, or rather its keeping pace with local and global economic changes, many issues are raised that need further research and expansion, including: A standard analytical study of the relationship between investment policies and economic orientation in Algeria. - The role of local and foreign investment in promoting exports outside the hydrocarbon sector. Investment in human resources and its impact on economic and social development in Algeria. The impact of reforms and development programs on economic stability. Higher education outputs and their relationship to the labor market in Algeria. - Investment policies and foreign employment within the framework of partnership contracts.
