الجهود الدولية للحد من الأسلحة البيولوجية

Abstract

ملخص تعتبر الأسلحة البيولوجية من أخطر أنواع الأسلحة فتكا نظرا لما تخلفه من خسائر بشرية ومادية على الصعيدين وهذا مرده إلى طبيعة نوعية هذا السلاح الذي لا يظهر بالعين المجردة وكذلك لطبيعة حجم السلاح وقدرته على القضاء على مجموعة كبيرة من البشر تصل إلى الملايين خاصة إذا استهدف به مدن كبرى ، وسعت جميع الدول المتمثلة في مؤسسات العسكرية ومخابرها العلمية إلى الوصول إلى بعض الأسلحة التي يمكن صنعها بشكل سهل وبسيط مثل غاز السيرين وغيره من الأسلحة السهلة الصنع، غير أنه يوجد هناك بعض من الأسلحة البيولوجية الخطيرة المدمرة والقاتلة والتي تمتلكها عدد محدود من الدول والتي لها القدرة على القضاء على مدن بكاملها . Abstract Biological weapons are considered among the most dangerous and lethal types of armaments because of human and material losses they may cause. This is due to the nature of the quality of these weapons which are not that visible as well as to the nature of their ability to kill millions of people, especially when targeting major and overcrowded cities. All countries represented by military institutions and their scientific laboratories have sought access to some weapons that can be made in an easy and simple way, such as the sarin gas and other weapons which are easy to produce. Still, there are some biological weapons, detained by some States, which may be dangerous and devastating and which may destroy entire cities.
