سياسة الاعتراف ونقاش التّعدّديّة الثّقافيّة لدى الفيلسوف تشالز تايلور

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا البحثيّة إلى محاولة وضع تعريف مُقتضب لمفهوم سياسة الاعتراف، بوصفها العمل الجديد المُبْرَزْ للفيلسوف الكنديّ المعاصر تشالز تايلور، بحيث تقترح هذه الأطروحة الأخيرة الدّفاع باسم الدّولة والقانون عن الجماعات المتعدّدة ثقافيّا بدعوَى احترام الاختلافات والخصوصيّات الثّقافيّة، لا المساواة الشاملة في الحقوق والواجبات الفرديّة وحسب، باعتبارها المبدأ النّوعي الّذي يتوقّف عليه خير النّاس الأعلى في السّياسة اللّيبراليّة العمياء لسياسة الاختلاف والتّنوّع. Abstract: Our research study is aimed at trying to define briefly the concept of recognition policy, as the most visible new work of contemporary Canadian philosopher Charles Taylor, so that this latest thesis proposes the defence on behalf of the State and the law of culturally diverse groups on the grounds of respect for cultural differences and particularities, not just universal equality of individual rights and duties, as the qualitative principle upon which the best good of the blind liberal politics of difference and diversity depends.
