المذهب المالكي وانتشاره في المغرب الإسلامي

Abstract

يعد المذهب المالكي ثاني المذاهب الأربعة في القدم، تبلور مذهباً واضحاً ومستقلاً في القرن الثاني الهجري، وهو عبارة عما أصله الإمام مالك بن أنس من أصول مجتهدا في اعتمادها، وما درج عليه أصحابه ومتبعوه، ولو خالفوه في الفروع المبنية على تلك الأصول، ، تميز بمجموعة من الخصائص والمميزات، جعلت منه مذهبا واسع الدليل، مجاريا تقلبات الأحوال والأزمان، مستوعبا قضايا الواقع، ومراعيا مقاصد الشرع، وتتجلى هذه الخصائص من خلال النظر في قواعد الاستدلال في المذهب المالكي في مختلف أبعادها الموضوعية؛ لذلك فإن اختيار المغاربة لمذهب يحمل كل هذه الخصائص قد جعل من فهمهم للدين وتدينهم به وتنزيله على واقعهم بمختلف تمظهراته رافدا وحاملا نحو هذا الأفق الديني السني الذي أصبح العام والخاص يتبينون تميزه، وتبوأ هذا المقام الذي أضحى معروفا به بين المغاربة مقام الانفتاح والتسامح والتعاون والثبات والتسامي. The Malik'i Rite is regarded anciently as the second rite of the four rites, it is embodied as an independent obvious rite in the second century of Hijri, it is what Imam Malik Ibn Anas has rooted of assets by his relay on reasoning, and on what his companions and followers have stepped; even though they have opposed him in the branches built on those assets. It was featured by a collection of characteristics and features that made it a rite of wide evidence, adaptive to the facts and events ups and downs, overwhelming the daily cases, and respecting the legitimacy fundamentals, and these characteristics through a glance on the proportions of induction in the Maliki Rite in its various objective dimensions; for that the Maghreb’s people selection of a rite yielding all these features has made their comprehension of the religion and their adaption and its application on their fact by all its illustrations is a source and a support towards this religious Sunnite’s horizon which its features become adopted by all mankind and it is granted this well known rank between the Maghreb’s people as a position of the openness, the tolerance, the helpfulness, the staidness and the masteries.
