هيئة الرقابة الشرعية في المؤسسات المالية -نماذج مختارة

Abstract

أن وجود المؤسسات المالية الاسلامية مرتبط بوجود هيئة رقابة شرعية تشرف عليها وتراقب أعمالها، فلا وجود المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية دون وجود هيئة رقابة شرعية تشرف عليها وتتجلى مشكلة هذا الموضوع على واقع هيئة الرقابة الشرعية في المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية إذ نعرض من خلال هذا الموضوع بيان حقيقة الرقابة الشرعية ومكوناتها وكيفية تعيينها وشروطها وأهدافها وأهميتها، حيث تميزت هذه الدراسة بعرض نماذج مختارة عن عمل الهيئة ، بقراءة في التقارير السنوية 2018/2019 لمصرف قطر الاسلامي وشركة شبكة المعلومات الائتمانية ،مسلطين الضوء على الاستثمارات الداخلية وعمل هيئة الرقابة الشرعية ،وانتهت هذه الدراسة بعرض بعض النتائج والتوصيات The existence of Islamic financial institutions is linked to the existence of a Sharia supervisory board that supervises and monitors their work. There is no existence of Islamic financial institutions without the presence of a Sharia supervisory board that supervises them. The problem of this issue is reflected in the reality of the Sharia supervisory board in Islamic financial institutions, as we present through this topic a statement of the reality of Sharia supervision. And its components, how to set them, conditions, objectives and importance. This study was characterized by the presentation of selected models of the Authority’s work, by reading in the 2019/2019 annual reports of Qatar Islamic Bank and the Credit Information Network Company, highlighting the internal investments and the work of the Sharia Supervisory Board, and this study ended with presenting some results and recommendations
