المجتمعات الحديثة تتكون من مجموعة من المنظمات الماكروسوسيولوجية والميكروسوسيولوجية والتي تتشكل أساسا من شبكات معقدة من العلاقات وأنماط متعددة من القيادات، هذه الشبكات المعقدة تتغير من حالات التماسك المتين إلى حالات التمزّق المهين حيث تسود على إثره الصراعات والإنفجارات والانهيارات التاريخية للمجتمع بكل أنساقه ونظمه وأساس كل ذلك الأحوال والتغيرات والتبدلات الحادثة على مستوى العمران الثقافي الذي ينتج عنه العمران السياسي والاقتصادي. إن المرحلة التاريخية التي تستولي فيها المنظمة الاستحواذية على السلطة والمال وتتمظهر عادة بطبقة من الأوليفارشية الحديدية تدخل المجتمع عادة في سجون تاريخية محكمة الإغلاق لا يمكن الخروج منها إلا بصعوبة بالغة نحو الديمقراطية، ولكن الاستمرارية في المحاولات القائمة على الطرق السلمية وطريقة البديل الثالث من خلال التعاون الإبداعي لا محالة ستثمر العمران السياسي والاقتصادي القائم على القيم الثقافية الإيجابية .
