شروط تنزيل النّصّ القرآنيّ على الواقع

Abstract

يندرج مقالنا ضمن الموضوعات القرآنيّة التي تحتاج للبحث والدّراسة في عصرنا اليوم؛ ألا وهو موضوع تنزيل القرآن على الواقع، وذلك لبيان الشّروط اللّازم توفّرها لتّنزيل حتى يؤدي القرآن الكريم دوره في معالجة واقع النّاس، ويحقّق صلاحيّة نصّه الخالد المعجز لكلّ الأزمنة والأمكنة، وما يحتاج الأمر منّا إلّا حسن التّنزيل الذي يجعل النّص القرآنيّ مقبولا ومستساغا في الواقع الذي أُنزِل عليه، ومن تلك الشّروط التي وقفنا عندها؛ الشّرط الأوّل: فقه النّصّ القرآنيّ. والشّرط الثّانيّ: فقه الواقع. والشّرط الثّالث: فقه التّنزيل، وقد توصّلنا لجملة من النّتائج، منها: أنّ تنزيل النّصّ القرآنيّ على الواقع من الحاجيات لكلّ عصر، ولا بدّ فيه من الجمع بين فقه النّصّ القرآنيّ وفقه الأحوال الواقعيّة حتّى يمكن تنزيل النّصوص القرآنيّة عليها، كما أنّ تنزيل النّصوص القرآنيّة على الوقائع من المنزلقات الخطيرة التي يجب الحذر منها. Summary Our article falls within the Qur'anic topics that need research and study in our time today, namely the subject of downloading the Qur'an to reality, in order to indicate the necessary conditions for downloading in order for the Holy Qur'an to play its role in addressing the reality of people, and to achieve the validity of its immortal and miraculous text for all times and places, and what is needed from us is the good download that makes the Qur'anic text acceptable and palatable in the reality on which it was revealed, and from those evils that we stood on; the first condition - the jurisprudence of the Qur'anic text. The second condition – the jurisprudence of reality. And the third condition - the jurisprudence of the download, and we have reached a number of results, including: that downloading the Qur'anic text on reality is one of the needs of each era, and in it it is necessary to combine the jurisprudence of the Qur'anic text with the jurisprudence of the factual conditions so that the Qur'anic texts can be downloaded to reality, and the download of Qur'anic texts on facts is one of the dangerous slides that must be guarded against.
