التدخل الفرنسي في الساحل: دراسة في الأبعاد والاستراتيجيات

Abstract

الدراسة تناولت الدراسة بالتحليل أهمية منطقة الساحل الأفريقي الجيو سياسية والاقتصادية والأمنية، ثم تعرضت لأبرز الأبعاد التي تركّز عليها السياسة الفرنسية في منطقة الساحل الأفريقي. كما تطرقت لاستراتيجيات فرنسا المنتهجة في منطقة الساحل، والتي تهدف من خلالها إلى زيادة منافعها الاقتصادية، وتغلغلها السياسي في المنطقة من ناحية، ومواجهة التدخلات الدولية الأخرى في المنطقة من ناحية أخرى، خصوصا أن هذه الأخيرة تتمتع بموارد طاقوية ومعدنية هامة. Abstract The study analysed the political, economic and security importance of the Sahel region and addressed the most prominent dimensions of French policy in the Sahel region. It also addressed the strategies of France in the Sahel region, through which it aims to increase its economic benefits and its political penetration in the region, on the one hand, and confronting other international interventions in the region, on the other hand, especially since this region is characterized by significant energy and mineral resources.
