Abstract

Addressed in thisstudy, the subject of necessarylegitimacy and its impact on contemporarywomen's issues, whereis the principle of legality, necessity an important pillar in the Islamiclegislation, whichappearsfromwhich the most important Islamic Sharia properties, whichmakeAllah the law of mercy and the ease and gentlenesspeople. Astouchedupon the statement of controls and their causes, whichis in keeping the five basic necessities of man.
