Abstract

هدفنا من هذه الدراسة، هوتخفيض تكلفة الخدماتالصحية من خلال حساب التكاليف وفق النظام المبني على أساس الأنشطة(ABC)بقسميمخبر التحاليل الطبية والأشعة بالعيادة المتعددة الخدماتالتابعة للمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية19 مارس بالوادي، وتمكنا من تحديد الأنشطة ومسببات التكلفة وتحديد سعر التكلفة لكل مريض بالقسمين المذكورين؛ ومن أهم النتائج المتوصّلإليها: -إمكانية تخفيض تكلفة الخدماتالصحية عند تطبيق نظام التكاليف المبني على أساس الأنشطة بقسمي المخبر والأشعةبالعيادة المتعددة الخدمات قريد عبد المالك التابعة للمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية19 مارسبالوادي؛ -إمكانية توفير معلومات أكثر دقة عن الخدمات الطبية، في ظل تطبيق نظام التكاليف المبني على أساس الأنشطة(ABC)في قسمي المخبر والأشعة؛ -إن قيمة تكاليف الخدمات الصحية تتناسب عكسيا مع عدد الخدمات المقدمة، أي تنخفض التكلفة بزيادة عدد الزبائن(المرضى)وترتفع بانخفاض عدد الزبائن،وهذه القاعدة ثبت صحتها في كل الأنشطة التي تمت دراستها. The objective of this study, is to reduce theCost of health servicesbycalculatingthe costs Accor ding to the (ABC) system,at the Medical Laboratory and Radiology of the Multi-Service Clinic of the Public Health Establishment of Proximity,of March 19,And we were able to identify theactivities and cost factors and determine thecost price for each patient in the two sections. The most important results are: - The possibilityofReducing the cost of Heath services whenapplying the cost-based system of activities in the laboratory and radiation sections of the multi-service clinic GRAYED Abdul Malik of the Public Health Establishment of Proximity of March 19 in El-oued; - The possibility of providing more accurate information on medical services, under the application of the(ABC)system in thelaboratory and radiation sections. - The value of health services costsisinverselyproportional to the number of services providedthatis, the costdecreases as the number of customers (patients)increases in the case of lownumber of customers, and thisruleisproven in all the studiedactivities
