Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور اليقظة الإستراتيجية في تعزيز النضج الوظيفي دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي، ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، تمثلت متغيرات الدراسة في اليقظة الإستراتيجية، النضج الوظيفي. تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيعه على عينة من موظفي المؤسسة بلغ عددهم 40 استمارة، لكن تم استرجاع 30 منها فقط، وقد كان الهدف الأسمى في هده الدراسة هو معرفة وجود علاقة معنوية بين اليقظة الإستراتيجية والنضج الوظيفي. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن اليقظة الإستراتيجية تساهم في تعزيز النضج الوظيفي، وفي الأخير تم التأكيد على ضرورة وجود خلية لليقظة الإستراتيجية في المؤسسة وذلك لما لها من دور في تنمية النضج لدى العاملين. ""This study aimed to identify the role of strategic vigilance in promoting career maturity, a case study of the Algeria Telecom Corporation of EL-OUAD, and to achieve the goal of this study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, the study variables represented in strategic vigilance, career maturity. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, as it was distributed to a sample of the organization's employees, which numbered 40 forms, but only 30 of them were retrieved, and the ultimate goal in this study was to know the existence of a significant relationship between strategic vigilance and career maturity. The results of the study showed that strategic vigilance contributes to enhancing functional maturity, and in the end, the necessity of having a strategic vigilance cell in the organization was emphasized, due to its role in developing the maturity of employees "
