هذال الدراسذة الذد ث نذاوي ا ذدي عذن الشذريعة الإسذ مية مذن ويذ مفصومصذا و صائصذصا وأقسذامصا وأواامصذاك و ذاا المقاتيذد الذد جذاءت ل حقيقصذا ومراعالذا يذا ثناولذ ا ذدي يصذا عذن المصذادر ا تيذلية وال بعيذة للشذريعة الإسذ مية باع بارهذا دعذائو وأسذس ثرثاذز عليصذا ك و المقابذ ثناولذ يصذا ا ذدي عذن القذانون الإداري مذن ويذ مفصومذ ونشذهث وثطذورل و صائصذ ومصذادرل و ذاا ع ق ذ بذالقوانخ ا ذراك يذا لذدف هذال الدراسذة إلى تاولذة إربذات أن المشذر الجزائذر اع ذا الشذريعة الإسذ مية مصذدراا للقذانون الإداري و لذل مذن ذ ي ث بذو بعذ النصذوص الذد يذ دةلذة تيذر ة أو شذينية علذ أن المشذر الجزائذري اع ذا الشذريعة مصذدرا للقذانون الإداري سذواء مذن ويذ الجانذن النأذري أو الفقصذي أو ال طبيقذي .وقذد ثوتيذل يايذة ذي هذاا إلى ن يمذة مفادهذا أن الشذريعة الإسذ مية المطصذرة هذي عذ ا مصذدر مذن مصذادر القذانون الإداري الجزائر.This study, which deals with the Islamic law in terms of its concept and characteristics, sections and provisions, as well as the purposes that came to achieve and take into account It also dealt with the sources of origin and subordination to Islamic law as pillars and bases on them, and in turn dealt with the talk of administrative law in terms of concept and development, development and characteristics and sources as well as its relationship to other laws. And this study aims to attempt to prove that the legislator Algeria considered Islamic law source of the law administrative through the track some of texts bearing the significance either Express or implied that legislator Algerian considered Sharia a source of the law administrative, both in terms of the side of the theoretical or fiqh or applied. At the end of my research, I concluded that Islamic jurisprudence is indeed a source of administrative law in Algeria.
