Abstract

This paper deals wihe the subject of the necessary objectives and cases of presenting each other. We have defined the purposes of the law in general and focused on this subject to study the purposes necessary and evidence in terms of existence and nothingness and most import ant part of this study the we have highlighted the cases of submissions of each other ,and the weighting between them when the conflict as I mentioned some of the applications of jurisprudence on this weighting and find this research to the most important results is that the purposes necessary are conservation of birthe and mind and money and these purposes differ in order but when the conflict can be weighted between them and provides the most important destination as necessary to lift the embarrassment and push hardship and achieve the interests of people in the lower and hereafter.
