Abstract

موضوع هذا البحث عبارة عن تحقيق مخطوط شرح إرشاد السّالك المحتاج إلى بيان أفعال المعتمر والحاج للشيخ محمد بن الحسن البَنّاني، إذ شرح البَنّاني كتاب إرشاد السالك ليحي الحطّاب الذي هو بدوره شرح لكتاب والده محمد الحطّاب المسمى بهداية السالك، والمتمحور أساسا حول مناسك الحج والعمرة، وقد تلخص عملي في هذا البحث بوضع دراسة حول هذا المخطوط شملت عدة جوانب منها دراسات حول المؤلّفين السابق ذكرهم، ودراسات حول المخطوط من حيث موضوعه وصحة نسبته لمؤلّفه وغير ذلك، وأهم ما في البحث هو تحقيق صفحات من المخطوط، إذ خرّجت أحاديثه وعزوت كلّ قول لقائله، وأثبتُّ الفروق بين النسخ وشرحت الغريب من المصطلحات وغير ذلك، وقد تمثلت موضوعات المخطوط في بعض الأحكام المتعلقة بالإحرام ومواقيته، والهدي وشروط إجزائه، والمشي والركوب في المناسك وغيرها. " The subject of this research is the study and realization of the manuscript of the explanation of “Ershad Al-Salik in need of a statement of the acts of the Umrah and Hajj” by Sheikh Muhammad Bin Al-Hassan Al-Banani. The research included the answer to the basic problem: What are the rulings and jurisprudential views that Al-Banani mentioned in this manuscript? We have worked to achieve this manuscript through two sections: a section to study the manuscript and another section to achieve. The first section tells the life of the author and his father, and the age in which they lived, and all this in a subject consisting of three demands. Then we supported this section with a second study of the book in terms of its ralation to its author and methodology, and the most important topics and description of written copies and others. The second section was the achievement of a collection of pages of the manuscript, it has dealt with several topics. The research concluded with some conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which is the correctness of the ratio of the manuscript to the author and some recommendations regarding the importance of the manuscript "
