Abstract

This study aims to know the reality of applying the dimensions of transformational leadership (ideal influence, individual consideration, intellectual arousal, inspirational motivation) in the studied institution. The descriptive and analytical approach in both the theoretical and applied sides, as its main tool was the form, which was distributed to 60 employees, so we obtained 52 subject to study and analysis, and the validity and stability of the study tool were confirmed. The treatment was carried out using the statistical program v.21.SPSS to test the hypotheses of the study, and one of the most important results of the study: There are no statistically significant differences between the dimensions of transformational leadership at the level of significance of 0.05 due to the job and professional experience variables, and that the Directorate of Trade of El-Wadi State applies Transformational leadership in its dimensions.The Directorate of Commerce of El oued State applies transformational leadership in its dimensions.
