Abstract

"تعتبر الموازنة التقديرية من بين الاسباب الكمية في التسيير والتي تعتبر أداء فعاله للتسيير والرقابة لاتخاذ القرارات المستقبلية اذ تساعد الموازنة التقديرية المسؤولين في المؤسسة في المفاضلة بين القرارات المالية والاستشارية وبالتالي فهي تساهم بشكل فعال في عملية صنع القرارات وقد تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على الموازنات التقديرية ودورها في إتخاذ القرارات المالية اذ " "Estimated budget is among the quantitative methods in management, which is an effective tool for management and control to make future decisions. As the discretionary budget helps officials in the institution in the comparison between financial and advisory decisions, and thus it contributes effectively to the decision-making process. The latter, since the beginning of its use in Algeria, contributed to the advancement of a huge number of institutions, and its success was only due to its reliance on modern scientific methods, as well as its use of prediction as a basis."
