Abstract

تعد جرائم اختطاف الأطفال من أنواع الجرائم الخطيرة؛ تختلف أساليبها من جريمة إلى أخرى باختلاف الصور والدوافع، وقد صارت في هذا العصر من الجرائم التي تؤدي إلى الإخلال بالأمن ومصدر خطر داهم على هذه الفئة من المجتمع، واتخذت أشكالا جديدة تهدد استقرار المجتمع المعاصر، فكان البحث لمعرفة طبيعة جرائم اختطاف الأطفال وصورها وأسبابها، ثم بيان تكييفها الفقهي في الشريعة الإسلامية على أساس تحقق ضوابط الحرابة في هذا النوع من الجرائم.
