دور التكلفة المستهدفة وتحليل القيمة كمدخل لتخفيض التكاليف في المؤسسات الصناعية بالجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى القاء الضوء على دور التكلفة المستهدفة وتحليل القيمة في تخفيض التكاليف في المؤسسات الصناعية بالجزائر، للحصول على منتجات بأقل تكلفة وبنفس الجودة، حيث تم التطرق في الجانب النظري الى مفاهيم أساسية حول التكلفة المستهدفة وتحليل القيمة، أما فيم يخص الجانب التطبيق فقد تم اعداد دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مصنع GICA للإسمنت بمدينة تبسة. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن التكلفة المستهدفة تكون أكثر فاعلية عندما تتكامل مع تقنية تحليل القيمة من أجل تحسين وتطوير المنتجات وتقديمها للمستهلك بالجودة المناسبة والسعر المستهدفة. كما قام الباحث بتقديم عدت توصيات أهمها انه يجب على المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية الاهتمام أكثر بالأساليب الحديثة لإدارة التكلفة وذلك لمواجهة المنافسة الشرسة من قبل المؤسسات الاجنبية. This study aims to shed light on the role of the target cost and the value analysis on the decreasing of costs in the industrial institutions of Algeria for obtaining product with low cost and with the same quality . In the theoretical part, we presented basic concepts of the target cost and the value analysis .In the practical part we talked a practical study in the GICA industry for cement in the town of Tebessa, and the study gave some of results : Mainly the target cost will be more effective when it is completed with the value analysis technique for ameliorating and developing the products, and giving it to the consumer with the adequate quality and target price. The researcher was presented many recommendations that the Algerian industrial institutions should give a more importance to the current styles for managing the cost by fighting the huge competition by the foreign companie.
