المخاطر المضمونة في قانون التامينات الاجتماعية للعمال الاجراء في الجزائر

Abstract

"يتمحور البحث حول معرفة واقع التامينات الاجتماعية في الجزائر واهم المخاطر التي تغطيها وكيفية تعويضات الاستفادة عند حدوثها والاجراءات المتخذة من طرف هيئات الضمان الاجتماعي وقد ركزنا في دراستنا على ثلاث مخاطر الا وهي المرض و الامومة وحوادث العمل ،حيث تمت الدراسة على مستوى مصلحة حوادث العمل ،وقد الدراسة تشمل بالاضافة الى الاطار المفاهيمي للتامينات الاجتماعية وتفصيل لاهم المخاطر التي تغطيها التامينات الاجتماعية وكذلك دراسة تطبيقية حول الامراض المهنية وحوادث العمل وقد توصلت الدراسة على ان هيئات الضمان الاجتماعي تولي اهمية بالغة لتغطية المخاطر كما انها تقوم بالاجراءات اللازمة لحماية العمال الاجراء ""the research focuses on the knowledge of the reality of social insu rance in algeria ,the main risks covred by it how compensatiion is used when it occurs ,and the measuress taken by the social security agencies. in our stady ,we foused on theree risks,sickness ,maternity and works acccidents. the study ,in addition to the coneptual framework for social insurance ,detailed the most important risks covered by social insurance ,as the study of its application on occupational diseases and work accidents. the study found that the social security qgencies attach great importance to covering the risks and are also taking measures to protect workers."
