البطالة والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر دراسة تجريبية للفترة 1970-2018

Abstract

" يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل أثر تغيرات معدل النمو الاقتصادي الحقيقي على معدل البطالة ومدى ملائمة قانون أوكون في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1970-2018), من خلال استعراض واقع النمو الاقتصادي مما يساعد على توضيح سبب تذبذبه, حيث نميز من بين هذه الأسباب اعتماد وتركيز الاقتصاد على قطاع المحروقات والأمر الذي يجعله عرضة للصدمات الخارجية واحتمالية تأثيره على البطالة مما يستدعي ضرورة تنويع مصادر الدخل من خلال تنشيط وتوسيع النشاطات الاقتصادية للتقليل من مشكل البطالة. وبالاعتماد على طرق القياس والتحليل الاقتصادي قمنا بتطبيق منهج الحدود ARDL باستخدام برنامج Eviews 9, حيث توصلنا إلى: وجود علاقة ضعيفة في المدى البعيد بين النمو الاقتصادي والبطالة وعدم تحقق قانون أوكون على الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة المدروسة. " This research intends to analyze the effect of changes of the real rate of economic growth on the unemployment rate and to what extent Okun's low was fitting within the period ( 1970-2018) through what? Review of the actual economic growth which helps to demonstrate the reason of its faltering, we recognize some reasons which are the dependence of economic on hydrocarbon output (oil and gas ) the thing which makes it vulnerable to external shocks and affects the unemployment. So, that calls for necessity of income diversification through activating and extending the economic activities in order to decrease the unemployment. And depending on both economic methods and economic analysis we applied the Model ARDL using Eviews9 program , we reach to: Proceeding from variables data of study there is a weak relationshipin the long term between the economic growth , the unemployment and failing of Okun's low on the Algerianeconomic within the studied period.
