أحكام الستر في الإسلام د ا رسة تحلیلیة في ضوء مقاصد الشریعة

Abstract

تعالج هذه المذكرة موضوعا ذا أهمیة بالغة في حیاة الناس، وهو موضوع السَّتر، قسمت الد ا رسة إلى أربعة مباحث، خصصت الأول للتعریف بالستر وبیان أنواعه، فقلت إن الستر هوإخفاء عیوب الناس وعو ا رتهم وعدم إشاعتها لغیرضرورة قسمته باعتبار القائم بعملیة الستر وباعتبا ا رلشيء المستور،فكانت ثلاثة أقسام في كل منها.وفي المبحث الثاني اجتهدت في التدلیل على أن الستر مقصد شرعي، له ما یؤیده من النصوص والأخلاق والتاریخ.كما أكدت على أن الستر ضرورة اجتماعیة من وجوه عدة: إنسانیة وأخلاقیة ودینیة وغیرها.وهو من جهة أخرى ضرورة لحیاة الناس ووحدتهم وحفظ أع ا رضهم. وفي المبحث الثالث تعرضت للأحكام والضوابط المتعلقة بستر المعاصي والعو ا رت. وفي الأخیر أكدت على أن للستر فوائد كبیرة وثما ا ر طیبة تدور معه وجودا وعدما، منها المعافاة وزوال المؤاخذة في الدنیا والآخرة للفرد، وسلامة المجتمع والحفاظ على طهارته وسمته. This Memorandum addresses the subject of great importance In people's lives. It's Concealment. The study was divided into four sections. I devoted the first definition of concealment And types. I said: concealment Is to hide flaws and faults of peoples Without diffusion, at Non- Necessity. I Divided it As a process-based concealment, Thing hidden. It Were three sections in each of them. In the second section I tried to demonstrate That the concealment is legitimate destination, What is supported by his texts, ethics and history. I also confirmed It is a social necessity. In the third section I addressed terms and conditions concerning sin and genitalia. 7 In the latter confirmed that concealment has the great benefits and good fruit Associated with it, at presence or absence: Forgiveness, Without culpability, Community Safety, Maintaining the purity and appearanceof the community.
