تأثير الحمض النووي التنظيمي Dna على جودة اتخاذ القرار – دراسة حالة الوحدة العملياتية لاتصالات الجزائر – الوادي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على تأثير الحمض النووي التنظيمي على جودة اتخاذ القرار بالوحدة العملياتية لاتصالات الجزائر-الوادي، اضافة الى اكتشاف طبيعة العلاقة بين المتغيرين قصد التعرف على مدى تطبيق المؤسسة لأبعاد الحمض النووي التنظيمي و بيان درجة أهميته في تحقيق القرارات الاستراتيجية، حيث أن مقدار نجاحها مرهون برشادة قراراتها و فعاليتها في المؤسسة. كون عملية اتخاذ القرار محور العملية الإدارية. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة بلغت 37موظفا، و ذلك بالاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات، حيث توصلت الدراسة الى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين كلا المتغيرين، إضافة إلى أن هناك علاقة طردية قوية بين الحمض النووي التنظيمي و جودة اتخاذ القرار. كما تبين لنا أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعاني من قصور في تطبيق أبعاده خاصة فيما يتعلق بمرونة الهيكل التنظيمي و نظام الحوافز المطبق بها. ومن هذا المنطلق يجب على المؤسسة أن تكثف اهتمامها بالكوادر البشرية من خلال تحفيزهم و تدريبهم لتنمية مهاراتهم,، و إحداث التغيرات المستمرة في هيكلها بما يناسب بيئة عملها.

This study aims to shed light on the influence of organizational DNA on the quality of decision-making in the operational of Algerian Telecom unit of El Oued. In addition to discovering the nature of the relationship between the two variables in order to identify the extent to which the institution applies the dimensions of the organizational DNA and to indicate the degree of its importance in achieving strategic decisions, as the amount of its success depends on the guidance of its decisions and their effectiveness in the institution. The decision-making process is the focus of the administrative process. To achieve this, we used the descriptive analytical approach on a sample of 37 employees, relying on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information, as the study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect between both variables, in addition to that there is a strong direct relationship between organizational DNA and the quality of decision-making. It also became clear to us that the institution under study suffers from deficiencies in the application of its dimensions, especially with regard to the flexibility of the organizational structure and the incentive system applied in it
