تحضير هلام السليكا انطلاقا من رمل السليكا لمنطقة تندلة -الوادي

Abstract

بغرض الحصول على هلام السليكا إنطلاقا من رمال السليكا,تم في هذا العمل دراسة التركيب الكيميائي لرمال منطقة "تندلة" وذلك بإستخدام تقنيتي مطيافية الأشعة تحت الحمراء والمجهر الالكتروني الماسح. حيث أفادت تقنية الأشعة تحت الحمراء بان رمال المنطقة تتكون أساسا من الكوارتز بدرجة تبلور 0.65 و معدن الكالسيت.وانطلاقا من تقنيةEDXالمرافقة للمجهر الالكتروني الماسح تم حساب النسبة المتوسطة لثاني أكسيد السليسيوم (SiO2) في العينة والمقدرةب61%.نظرا للنسبة المعتبرة لثاني أكسيد السليسيوم في العينة تم إنتهاج طرق كيميائية للحصول على هلام السليكا, إذ تعتمد أساسا على تحضير سيليكات الصوديوم إنطلاقا من تسخين خليط الرمال وكربونات الصوديوم عند درجة حرارة 1000م° ومن ثم إذابتها في الماء المقطر للحصول على سيليكات الصوديوم المائية وأخيرا إنتاج الهلام بإضافة حمض الهيدروكلوريك.In order to obtain a silica gel from silica sand, the chemical composition of the sand in the "tendla" area was studied using the techniques of infrared spectroscopy and a scanning electron microscope.The infrared method (FTIR) reported that the sand of this region is mainly composed of quartz with a crystallinity index of 0.65 and the calcite minerals.Based on the EDX technique which associated with the scanning electron microscope (MEB), the average percentage of silicon dioxide (SiO2) was calculated in the sample and estimated at 61%. Due to the significant percentage of silicon dioxide in the sample, chemical methods have been adopted to obtain silica gel, as it mainly depends on preparing sodium silicate based on heating the sand and sodium carbonate mixture at a temperature of 1000 ° C and then dissolving it in distilled water to obtain aqueoussodium silicate and finally producing the gel By adding hydrochloric acid.
