مقاصد العقائد مرتبتها وتطبيقاتها

Abstract

إنّ دراسة مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية لا تقف عند الجانب التشريعي والفقهي وما يترتب عليه من التزام عملي، بل تمتدّ إلى العقيدة ومسائلها باعتبارها مجالا خصبا للبحث المقاصدي، فالعقائد شأنها كشأن الأحكام التشريعية تهدف إلى تحقيق مصالح العباد في المعاش والمعاد، وهو ما نبّه عليه كثير من علماء المسلمين مقرّرين ضرورة استحضار المقاصد في مجال العقيدة، واستقراء جهود علماء الأمّة في هذا الشأن قصد تفعيل النموذج المقاصدي في دراسة مسائله النظرية وربطها بالصور التطبيقية. إنّ الحاجة لدراسة المقاصد في المجال العقائدي صارت ملحّة وذات أهمية بالغة لضبط مسائله بقواعد كلية من شأنها أن تكون حاكمة على جزئيات المسائل، بوصفها مقاصد كبرى تنأى بالدرس العقائدي عن النزاعات الكلامية والجدالات الفلسفية التي أفقدت الأمّة حيويتها ودورها الحقيقي في إصلاح الفرد والمجتمع، ولهذا فإنّ هذا المقال يهدف للكشف عن حقيقة ارتباط العقيدة الاسلامية بمقاصد الشريعة وأهميتها التشريعية، بضرورة عرضها للنّاس في ضوء مقاصدها التي أنزلت لأجلها من خلال ما نطقت به محكمات الوحي. Abstract: The study of the objectives of the Islamic shari'ah is not restricted to the legislative and jurisprudential side ،but it can also goes beyond to deal with faith matters as being a fertile area of research. The Islamic creeds as legislative provisions aim at releasing worshippers affairs in this life and hereafter، and this wastackled with by many Muslim scholars who inoistend on the importance of "El Makasid" in faith matters، and asked for the inducement of the scholars efforts in this field in order to activate. The need for studying the objectives "El Makasid" of Shari'ah in the field of faith became a necessity to set its over all issues that enables controlling، its sub-issues as being considered great objectives that should be far from verbal conflicts and philosophical controversies that have deprived the nation of its vitality and its main role of reforming the individual and society، therefor، this article aims to reveal the fait that the Islamic faith (Akida) is chosely linked to its objectives or (Makasid)، and its legislative importance presented the revelation.
