Abstract

In this research, I addressed one of the important issues of the demand about which scholar views on its significance differed and its effects on fiqh. The research is composed of two chapters, the first one is theoretical, in which I presented the scholar school of thoughts about whether the demand requires immediate action or no and their evidences. The second one is practical chapter in which I presented some of the demand affections on fiqh which resulted by the difference of scholar views on its significance. The scholar views differs about whether the demand requires immediate action or no, some of them take the safe side which is the demand requires immediate action at the time it happens with no late. Any late led to wrongdoing. By contrast, other scholars take the wide side which is the demand does not require immediate action and late doing is possible as far as in its limited time. This difference affects many issues in Fiqh. I presented some of these issues in detail. I showed, in the conclusion, the main results I reached with some important recommendations
