الخدمات المصرفية الشاملة والمستدامة – دراسة حالة الجهاز المصرفي لعينة من الدول العربية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على أهم الممارسات والخدمات المصرفية الشاملة والمستدامة، بالتطرق لأهم المبادرات والاطر الدولية التي تدعم هذا التوجه، وكذا الوقوف على حجم الممارسات والمنتجات التي اتخذها القطاع المصرفي في الدول العربية للحاق بركب الاستدامة. توصلت الدراسة أن مستوى اعتماد هذه الخدمات والممارسات يختلف بإختلاف درجة وعي القادة الماليين بأهمية هذه الأخيرة، بالنسبة للجهاز المصرفي الجزائري فهو يسجل مستوى متدني في مواكبة التطورات الأخيرة بالمقارنة مع كل من القطاع المصرفي الكويتي والمصري. The study aims to identify the most important comprehensive and sustainable banking practices and services by addressing the most important international initiatives and frameworks that support this trend, as well as the scale of practices and products taken by the banking sector in the Arab countries to catch up on sustainability. The study found that the level of adoption of these services and practices varies by the degree of financial leaders' awareness of the importance of the latter, for the Algerian banking system it records a low level of keeping pace with recent developments compared to both the Kuwaiti and Egyptian banking sector.
