dc.description.abstractأصبح موضوع المسؤولية الاجتماعية يلعب الدور الأساس في عمل كبريات الشركات والهيئات المالية على سعيها لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، لاسيما مع الاتجاه الحديث القائم على تفعيل بعض النظريات التي تعتمد على الفقه الإسلامي من جهة والوضعي من جهة أخرى. لذلك بادرت بعض الشركات إلى تبني برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية سعياً منها لتنمية العلاقة مع الآخرين وخدمة المجتمع. ومن هنا تكونت لدى الشركات التزامات تتعلق أساساً بمبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه التوازن بين تحقيق الربحية والمشاركة في التنمية والتحديات الاجتماعية. سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إبراز مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية وتبيان علاقتها بالتنمية المستدامة من أجل بلوغ الرفاهية الاقتصادية للجيل الحالي والأجيال القادمة على حد سواء، وهذا بإعطاء نماذج عملية رائدة لشركتين دوليتين مارستا المسؤولية الاجتماعية في بلدان إسلامية وغيرها، مع إعطاء أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها و كذا بعض الاقتراحات العملية. In this paper, we will attempt to highlight the concept of social responsibility and demonstrate its relationship to sustainable development by giving two practical models to two international companies that carry social responsibility. We will address the issue through the main question: How can CSR contribute to sustainable development, Islamic jurisprudence and positivism. Where the research was divided into three sections so that we dealt in the first two parts of the study variables, but in the third section was allocated to the study of two leading models are the institution of Abdul Latif Jameel and the Anglity support services.. The study concluded that the Algerian institutions have a duty to take advantage of the pioneering experiences of the big institutions in the field of social responsibility by committing to provide elements of transparency and disclosure in their social responsibility programs. exchange of experiences and feasibility in the areas of social responsibility.en_US
