Abstract

بالرغم من المتغيرات التي شهدتها البيئتين الداخلية والخارجية الإقليمية الدولية والتي أثرت على طبيعة التهديدات الموجهة للأمن الإسرائيلي، إلا أن مضمون هذا الأمن بقي ثابتا، بل حاولت إسرائيل فقط أن تكيف آلياتها بما يتلاءم مع الواقع القائم، ولهذا ركز الفكر الأمني الإسرائيلي في جميع مراحله على أهمية القوة العسكرية، وسياسات الردع والحرب الاستباقية في تحقيق الأمن والذي يعني حماية حدود الدولة من أي اعتداءات خارجية والدفاع عن وجودها من خلال تعظيم إمكانياتها العسكرية والتركيز على عنصر الدفاع، خاصة مع عدم وضوح بيئتها الأمنية الإقليمية.Despite the changes in the internal and external international environment that affected the nature of the threats to Israeli security, the content of this security remained constant. Israel only tried to adapt its mechanisms to the existing reality. Therefore, Israeli security thought at all stages emphasized the importance Military force, deterrent policies and preemptive war in achieving security, which means protecting the state borders from any external aggression and defending its existence by maximizing its military capabilities and focusing on the defense component, especially with the lack of clarity of its regional security environment.
