Abstract: These pages reveal a new and wholly distinct rhetorical viewpoint that deviates from established reading practices, both in terms of text and reception process. The text in question constitutes an interactive digital poem by the Iraqi poet Abbas Mushtaq Ma'an and the recipient is a cyber/numerical/transient/interactive reader. Through the fusion of these two poles, ecstasy arises and pleasure is achieved, deriving from interactive rhetorical standards and multiple reading paths, whose procedures are informed by a cultural amalgamation of theories of reading, mystical criticism, computer programming, and infomedia, among other areas.
