"تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف اثر المعلومات المحاسبية في التقارير المالية الاولية في تطبيقها على الشركات المدرجة في البورصة ولها هذه المعلومات من اهمية التقارير المالية. ومن اهم النتائج التي توصلنا اليها من احد الجوانب المهمة تحليل المعلومات المحاسبية لشركات حيث قمنا باستخدام مجموعة من الاطراف المستخدمين على اساس يتم استخراج اطراف من المؤاشرات التي على ضوئها يمكن تحليل الوضعية المالية لشركات واتخاذ القرارات مالية باعتمادا على التقارير المالية المستخرج من نظام هيئة الرقابة التي تساهم في زيادة قيمتها.
