Abstract

" هذه الدراسة الموسومة ب""التخفيفات الشرعية وأثرها في الأحكام المتعلقة بالمرأة _سفر المرأة أنموذجا""، كان الإشكال الرئيس الذي تسعى للإجابة عنه هو: ما أثر التخفيفات الشرعية في الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بسفر المرأة؟ أجابت هذه الدراسة على ذلك من خلال المباحث الآتية: المبحث الأول خصصناه لحقيقة التخفيفات الشرعية وبعض القواعد المتعلقة بها، أما المبحث الثاني فقد جعلناه للمسائل الفقهية المتعلقة بسفر المرأة وبيان أقوال الفقهاء فيها، مسلطين الضوء على بعض القضايا المعاصرة، مُبينين الخلاف فيها، وذكرنا الراجح منها. وفي الخاتمة توصلنا إلى بروز مظاهر التخفيف الشرعي في شتّى الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالمرأة مع التوصية على ضرورة دراسة هذا الموضوع والتعمق فيه أكثر بإثراء جانبه التطبيقي. " This study entitled shari'ah mitigations and their impact on rulings related to women's travel as a model. Aims mainly at answering the problemaic: How Effect of shari'a mitigations on jurisprudence rulings especially What is related to women's travel? This study answered that through the following topic: the first topic we devoted to the reality of legal mitigations and some rules related to them، while the second topic we made it to the jurisprudential issues related to women's travel and the statement of the sayings of the jurists in them، shedding light on some contemporary issues، we mentioned the dispute in them and mentioned the most corrections. In the end، we reachedthe emergenc of the mqnifestation of legal mitigation in various jursprudens ruling relqted to wemen_whth a recommend on the necessity of studying the subject and delving into its practical side
