الرقابة على جودة المنتجات

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة مدى فعالية نظام رقابة الجودة على المنتجات الغذائية. لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة أساسية للحصول على المعلومات، والاستعانة بالعديد من الأساليب الاحصائية لتحديد طبيعة البيانات والاختبارات المناسبة لكل فرضية، حيث تم توزيع (30) استمارة على عينة متكونة من موظفي مؤسسة سوف للدقيق ومديرية التجارة ومخبر فاتيلاب، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها الدور الكبير للرقابة في تحسين جودة المنتجات الغذائية. This research aims to study the effectiveness of the quality control system for food products. To achieve this goal, the questionnaire was used as a basic tool for obtaining information and using several statistical methods to determine the nature of the data and tests appropriate to each hypothesis.
