أهمية التجارة الإلكترونية كرافعة للاقتصاديات الحديثة و عوائق تطبيقها في الجزائر

Abstract

تلعب تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الإتصال حاليا دورا حيويا في كل مجالات الحياة، و يعتبر قطاع المال و الأعمال أحد أهم القطاعات مواكبتا لتلك التقنيات، فقد شهدت التجارة الدولية ثورة حقيقة من حيث آليات و تقنيات ممارستها، فظهر ما يعرف بالتجارة الإلكترونية و التي أصحت تحقق أرقام ضخمة للاقتصاديات الدول المتطورة، نتيجة الإقبال الواسع عليها سواء من طرف المنتجين أو المستهلكين حيث وفرت لكليهما العديد من المزايا التي سهلت سيرورة وصول كل طرف لما يريده، لذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة لإبراز الدور المتعاظم للتجارة الإلكترونية في النهوض بالإقتصاديات الحديثة من خلال بعض الأرقام و الإحصائيات التي حققتها في بعض دول العالم، بالإضافة للتطرق لأهم المشاكل و العوائق التي تحول دون انتعاش هذا النوع من التجارة في الجزائر من خلال الإعتماد على دراسات سابقة، بالإضافة لمقابلات إلكترونية أجريت مع عينة من الشباب المزاول لهذا النشاط داخل الجزائر قدرها 6 أفراد، أملا في المساهمة في تحسين ظروف ممارستها و استفادة الاقتصاد الجزائري منها. و توصلت هذه الورقة البحثية لكون أهم العوائق التي تعيق إنتعاش التجارة الإلكترونية و تطورها هي تخلف البنية التحتية للدفع الإلكتروني في الجزائر، بالإضافة لوجود صعوبات كبير في توزيع السلع التي تم بيعها نتيجة نقص الشركات المصغرة المختصة. Abstract: ICT is currently playing a vital role in all areas of life, and the financial and business sector is considered one of the most important sectors to keep pace with those technologies. International trade has witnessed a real revolution in terms of mechanisms and techniques to practice them. The economies of developed countries, as a result of widespread demand by both producers and consumers, where they provided both of them many advantages that facilitated the process of access to each party what they want, so this study aimed to highlight the growing role of e-commerce in the advancement of modern economies through some The figures and statistics achieved in some countries of the world, in addition to addressing the most important problems and obstacles to the recovery of this type of trade in Algeria through reliance on previous studies, in addition to electronic interviews conducted with a sample of young people engaged in this activity in Algeria of 6 individuals, Hoping to contribute to the improvement of the conditions of its practice and the benefit of the Algerian economy. This research paper concluded that the most important impediments to the recovery and development of e-commerce are the underdevelopment of the electronic payment infrastructure in Algeria, in addition to the great difficulties in the distribution of goods sold as a result of the lack of competent mini-companies
