Abstract

نستخلص من هذه الدراسة أن البلدية أهم وحدة إدارية تهتم بشؤون المواطن خاصة في مجال التنمية، حيث أصبحت البلدية بهياكلها ذات أهمية ببرامجها السهر على التنظيم مما يسمح لها برفع مستويات التنمية في المجتمع المحلي من خلال نجاح البرامج التنموية وتوفير الموارد المالية الكافية في عملية التخطيط المتعلقة بالتنمية من اجل تلبية حاجيات المواطنين، ونضرا أن معظم البلديات تعاني من ضعف مواردها المالية .الذي جعلها مقيدة بالإعانات الخارجية من اجل تنفيذ برامجها وهذا واقع التنمية في بلدية الوادي حيث أن نجاح المشاريع التنموية بها مرتبط ارتباط وثيق بالتمويل الكافي من أجل المشاريع.The Municipality is the most important administrative unit concerned with the affairs of citizens, especially in the field of development.
