Abstract

تمثل السجون واحدة من بين المؤسسات الاجتماعية التي لها الكثير من الأهمية في تنفيذ العقوبة الجزائية، لما لها من دور في عملية التأهيل والإدماج، وكذا إعادة التنشئة والتأهيل الاجتماعي للأفراد الخارجين عن القانون الجمعي، ومن أكثر المؤسسات فاعلية في ضمان أمنه وطمأنينته ومحافظته على كيانه واستمراريته ووجوده، من هذا تحاول هاته الورقة العلمية اعطاء صورة مقارنة بين نظرة اتجاه الدفاع الاجتماعي وكذا موقف الشريعة الاسلامية من رسالة مؤسسات السجون. Abstract : Represents one prison between social institutions that have a lot of importance in the implementation of the criminal punishment, because of its role in the rehabilitation and reintegration process, as well as the re-socialization and social rehabilitation for individuals in conflict with the collective law, and more institutions effective in ensuring security and tranquility and maintaining the entity and its continuity and existence , of this paper is shown trying to give a picture of scientific comparison between the look direction of social defense, as well as the position of the Islamic Sharia message prisons institutions.
