دور منظمة أوبك في ضبط أسعار النفط في ظل التحولات الطاقوية في العالم: دراسة اقتصاد-قياسية باستخدام نماذج أشعة الانحدار الذاتي Var

Abstract

الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو بحث دور منظمة أوبك في ضبط (أو التأثير) على أسعار النفط في الأسواق العالمية، في ظل التحولات الطاقوية التي يشهدها العالم، من تزايد الاعتماد على مصادر طاقوية متجددة وبديلة للنفط، وبالاعتماد على الأساليب القياس-اقتصادية والمنهج التحليلي في نفس الوقت. خلصنا إلى أن تأثير منظمة اوبك كان ولا يزال قائما، وخاصة في ظل توسع المنظمة إلى أوبك+ بانضمام روسيا. إلا أن هذا التأثير يمكن ان يتقلص بزيادة الاعتماد على مصادر طاقوية بديلة للنفط، وبالخصوص المتجددة منها. The aim of this paper is to examine the role of OPEC in controlling (or influencing) oil prices in global markets, in light of the energy transition that the world is witnessing, with the increasing reliance on renewable and alternative energy sources, using econometric methods and descriptive analytical approach. We concluded that the influence of OPEC was and still exists, especially in light of the organization’s expansion into OPEC + with the accession of Russia. but this influence can be reduced by increasing reliance on alternative energy sources, especially renewable ones.
