مساهمة اليقظة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية ( دراسة حالة: المؤسسة الصناعية دهانات الزهرة – كوينين- الوادي )

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي تلعبوه اليقظة الإستراتيجية في تحسين الميزة التنافسية المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وأخذنا عينة الدراسة بالوادي كحالة لدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استمارة استبانه، حيث تم توزيع 40 استمارة ولم تستغل كلها نظرا لإلغاء البعض منها وهذا لغرض التعرف على واقع تبني مؤسسة دهانات الزهرة نموذج اليقظة الإستراتيجية لغرض تحقيق الميزة التنافسية وتحقيق مركز ريادي والسبق في مجال تخصصها، ومعرفة العلاقة بين التابع اليقظة والمستقل الميزة التنافسية، ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استعمال مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية مثل المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، ومعامل الارتباط لبرنامج SPSS، وهذا للوصول إلى نتائج أهمها تبني نظام يقظة فعال يفرض تواجده في المؤسسة لما يقدمه من جمع وتحليل ونشر للمعلومات الإستراتيجية، التي تقدم للمؤسسة دعما في اتخاذ القرارات وكذا التنبؤ المسبق بتحركات المنافسين والزبائن، أي يكسبها هامش مناورة وميزة تنافسية. This study aims to highlight the role that strategic vigilance plays in improving the competitive advantage of the economic institution، and we took the study sample in the valley as a case of study، and to achieve the goals of the study a questionnaire was prepared، where 40 forms were distributed and not all were used due to the cancellation of some of them and this for the purpose of identifying the reality of adoption The Flower Paints Foundation is a strategic vigilance model for the purpose of achieving competitive advantage and achieving a leadership position and precedent in its field of specialization، and knowing the relationship between vigilant and independent dependent competitive advantage. This is to reach results، the most important of which is adopting an effective vigilance system that imposes its presence in the institution because of the collection، analysis and dissemination of strategic information، which provides the institution with support in decision-making، as well as advance prediction of the movements of competitors and customers، that is، it gains them maneuver margins and competitive advantage.
